We have a great full-time position for an experienced medical secretary where you can use your experience within a professional environment.
In this role your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling appointments
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Efficient record keeping
- Effectively managing the reception workflow
- Managing your secretarial workload efficiently
- Providing a high level of administrative support
- Assist with the cleanliness of the practice
- Follow up and manage pathology/ imaging results
To be considered for this role the following skills and experience are required:
- Experience using Clinic to cloud or Gentu software program would be advantageous
- Strong understanding of medical terminology
- High attention to detail
- 2 years' experience within a busy Medical Reception role would be ideal.
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Understanding patient confidentiality
- Sound knowledge of MS Office suite
