Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in a medical or office setting preferred, with a keen interest in both general healthcare and cosmetic services.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in the use of Medical Software (e.g., Medical Director, Cliniko) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with medical and cosmetic terminology.
• Strong computer and administrative skills.
• A commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting patients in a warm and friendly manner.
• Scheduling appointments and managing patient records for both general practice and cosmetic services.
• Answering phone calls and handling enquiries.
• Processing billing and handling payments.
• Assisting with the coordination of patient recalls, reminders, and results.
• Ensuring the reception area remains tidy and welcoming.
• Supporting doctors, nurses, and cosmetic staff with administrative tasks as needed.
