We are a multidisciplinary allied health care team, working across 2 locations, Miranda and Hurstville, dedicated to providing a holistic model of care to oncology patients. We are seeking an enthusiastic, self motivated and customer oriented Medical Receptionist/Admin to join our friendly team on a full time basis.
Position Overview:
You will be responsible for general administration including, but not limited to: greeting patients, billings, processing Medicare/Health Fund claims, boking appointments, managing incoming calls, online inquiries, maintaining patient records and managing incoming and outgoing mail, co-ordinating staff schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, including appointment scheduling, billing, and patient inquiries.
- Implement and maintain efficient office procedures and workflows to enhance patient care and staff productivity.
- Coordinate staff schedules
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in medical admin highly regarded
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience using Nookal or similar PMS highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and with a strong work ethic
- well presented and enthusiastic
