Qualifications & experience
- Medical administration experience - minimum 2 years
- Experience with medical software & medicare billing
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients, colleagues & product partners
- Excellent time management & organisation skills with the ability to multi-task as required
- Adherence to privacy & confidentiality requirements
Tasks & responsibilities
- Greeting patients with a friendly & warm welcome. Ensure the waiting room workflow runs smoothly
- Answering phone calls, schedule appointments, Medicare billing, follow up patient enquiries
- Liaise between patients & clinical team
- Respond to emails, scan documents, product ordering & other general administrative duties
- Product sales & patient education
- Recording & posting for social media
- At least 1 Saturday per month is required for this role
