Medical/Dental Receptionist

Woodville Medical and Dental is looking for a vibrant full time or casual Receptionist who maintains a standard of professional care for patients. We are looking for proactive candidates who have a work ethic.

What we require

• Ability to quickly learn new skills and workflows as they are being taught.
• Fluent in English.
• CPR certification and First Aid certification (can be done after employment).
• Work independently to achieve outcomes given to them.
• Perform recalls and appointment confirmations.
• Proactive in the management of patients.

Preferred candidates

• Worked in Medical centers before.
• Ability to work independently to manage goals.
• Proactive
• Best Practice Software experience (Required)
• Core practice Software experience (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: $28.00 – $31.00 per hour
