on a full-time permanent basis. We are looking for a customer focused
individual, to join the front of house team on the Dental side, of their multi-disciplinary
Health Centre. Ideally you will come from a dental background with
approximately 3 years' experience managing the front of house operations of a
dental clinic.The centre is open Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
and Saturdays 8.30am-2.30pm.What's on offer?

Dental Receptionist?

• Supervise the daily activities of

reception so that the efficient delivery of customer service is obtained * Schedule and confirm appointments forpatients by the efficient use and maintenance of the appointment scheduler * Provide a high-quality of customerservice to patients, potential patients, other employees * Contribute to the effective operations ofthe Health Centres including relieving other Dental Receptionists as
required * Provide accurate and timely informationto patients, within the scope of the dental operations * Record financial information & reportgeneration for the Surry Hills Health Centre * Co-ordinate documentation (providernumber, HICAPS, Oasis set up) & orientation programme for new
dentistsWhat we are looking for?

• Well-developed written and verbal

communication skills * Minimum 3 years of experience as a DentalReceptionist or experience with managing front of house operations of a
dental clinic * Advanced experience with Microsoft Officeproducts * Demonstrated proficiency and experiencewith Oasis * Dental Assisting Cert III or equivalent

• Great time management skills and ability
