Medical/Dental Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced Medical/Dental Receptionist for this specialist practice in Parramatta and Burwood

The role is 4 days per week 

The role

You will be responsible for the general day to day running of Reception including;

• Appointment book management
• Handling all enquires
• Liaising with referring doctors
• Typing referrals
• Accounts
• Database management
• Assist Practice Manager when required

To be successful

To be considered for this role you will need the following;

• Strong written and spoken English
• Professional presentation
• Excellent typing skills
• Use of a dictaphone highly desirable
• Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Applications and a medical software program
• At least 2 years experience as a Medical Receptionist
• High attention to detail
