Medical/Healthcare Receptionist - Bentleigh Clinic
Part-time 4.5 days a week working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday (half-day) with a regular day off on Thursday.
Work close to home in our NEW Bentleigh clinic.
We have a fabulous team spread across 13 clinics throughout Victoria. Our business is thriving and we are looking for a committed Medical Receptionist to join us on a part-time basis working 4.5 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and a half day Saturday).
This role is a pivotal role in the business. Your team at Bentleigh is small but your reach across the business is huge! The role involves face to face contact with patients as well as a significant telephone phone contact with patients and team members.
This role will place you in a professional and caring team environment. Not only will this role be an important addition to our patient care strategy, it will provide pivotal support to the team of CPAP Consultants that work across all of our clinics. You will keep the wheel turning by communicating daily with team members, assisting our on-line business and answering patients enquiries over the phone and face to face.
CPAP Victoria is a leading provider of professional Snoring and Sleep Apnoea services. We provide patients who have been diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnoea, therapy programs and products to improve their quality of life.

This is a permanent part-time position. The working hours are 9am - 5pm with a 45 minute unpaid lunch break.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phones
Greeting patients
Booking appointments
Invoicing and taking payments
Correspondence
General administration tasks
Setting up patients for CPAP Trials and assisting in CPAP equipment maintenance & sterilising
Selling products and conversing with patients regarding their equipment
Basic marketing and sales administration
Receiving stock
The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Google Aps, Chrome Web browser and gmail.
The ability to communicate with patients from all types of backgrounds
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Fantastic personal presentation (we will provide a uniform)
Excellent attention to detail
Professional, warm and friendly disposition
A strong work ethic – self-motivated, pro-active, takes pride in work
A brilliant administrator with excellent organisational and time management skills
Able to work well independently
This role provides the opportunity to learn new skills and grow in the role. It also opens the door to career progression to a CPAP Consultant role if you have the desire and interest.
Qualifications:
Medical and general reception experience is advantageous. We welcome a health, science, retail and/or sales/marketing background. No qualifications are required, just the desire to learn and provide first class customer service. We will provide excellent training and induction.
