Here at MediCann, we are passionate about helping people improve their quality of life using affordable and reliable medicinal Cannabis products. Since being established in 2019, we have helped tens of thousands of people Australia wide through our medicines.
To date, our medical outreach has been performed by the founder and we are now looking to establish our Medical Sales team and continue to grow awareness and sales of our medicines around the country.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced professional and passionate person that is motivated, structured, and able to work autonomously while in a team environment.
This role would suit someone that is confident and enjoys meeting people and building relationships with medical professionals. A good understanding and knowledge of medical terminology and scientific research along with previous experience in medical sales is essential.
Someone who thrives off helping others and is highly motivated whilst also being organised and patient would be well suited to this role.
About the role:
In this role you will promote our Medicinal Cannabis brands to healthcare professionals around Australia. The role will include but is not limited to:
- Increase awareness of our brands, educate and train healthcare professionals on the therapeutic uses of our cannabis medicines.
- Provide support and education to Healthcare Professionals around the prescribing framework and provide guidance in TGA applications and approvals.
- Provide ongoing support to our prescriber network and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
- Delivering a dependable, science-based, and value-added service to our clients in order to enable the greatest possible patient outcomes.
- Maintaining CRM system with customer details and daily interactions.
Key requirements:
- Previous experience gained in GP sales essential and/or pharmacy or Medical devices channels.
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated success in achieving new business growth.
- Develop strong and mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
About Remuneration:
- Base salary + car allowance + bonuses
