About the Role
- Maternity Leave Contract
- Field-based Medical Science Liaison position
- New product launch in the Cardio-metabolic space
- Clinically focused role working with and developing KOLs
- Provide a reliable, trusted source of unbiased, accurate, up-to-date medical and scientific knowledge.
- Working closely with cross functional team – sales, marketing & medical
- Requires strong scientific knowledge and commercial understanding
- Drive projects from concept to execution
- Conduct medical review of promotional materials
- Act as an internal expert to support staff training
- Successful completion of relevant science based tertiary qualifications- post grad. Masters (minimum) or PhD required
- Relevant industry (medical/scientific/HSR) experience in the Cardiometabolic area advantageous.
- New product launch experience highly regarded
- Learning agility to comprehend and effectively communicate large amounts of complex scientific content
- Self-directed and able to work alone in the field, effectively managing multiple priorities and projects.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, including high emotional intelligence and the ability to engage in professional relationship building and networking.
- Advanced presentation and computer skills with expertise in literature identification.
