Permanent full time opportunity to undertake administrative processing of subpoenas, summons, search warrants, court orders and other requests received at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, Metro North Hospital and Health Service
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders including other government agencies and departments, legal representatives, insurance companies, private health facilities, patients and members of the public in relation to their applications and requests for information in accordance with appropriate legislation and MNHHS policies and guidelines.
Review and authorise the release of relevant information in relation to requests for access to medical records via MNHHS' Administrative Access Policy and/or other legislative mechanisms.
Maintain up to date knowledge of applicable fees and charges for provision
