The Role
- Manage contract administration tasks, from preparation to execution.
- Ensure strict compliance with contract obligations, regulations, and standards.
- Track project budgets, control costs, and monitor expenditures. Facilitate clear communication among internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Identify and address potential risks related to contracts and project delivery.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including change orders and correspondence.
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for favourable terms and conditions.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar Contract Administration role, preferably in Medium Density/Town Home Construction
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Articulate communication both written and verbal
- Able to work autonomously on allocated tasks, as well as being able to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A professional and positive work ethic
- Flexibility with working hours/days
