What will you be doing?
Support the execution of our Member Benefits program strategy, including partner objectives, through various communication channels.
Keep our member offers and content up-to-date across multiple platforms, including our intranet, website (Sitecore), and social media channels.
Coordinate the production of promotional materials and manage schedules for effective campaign deployment.
Dive into data analysis using tools like Power Bi and Google Analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and provide valuable insights.
Foster strong relationships with key suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure program success and member satisfaction.
Perform general administrative tasks such as, Handling enquiries/feedback promptly & demonstrating our commitment to an excellent member experience.
