What will you be doing?
- Support the execution of our Member Benefits program strategy, including partner objectives, through various communication channels.
- Keep our member offers and content up-to-date across multiple platforms, including our intranet, website (Sitecore), and social media channels.
- Coordinate the production of promotional materials and manage schedules for effective campaign deployment.
- Dive into data analysis using tools like Power Bi and Google Analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and provide valuable insights.
- Foster strong relationships with key suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure program success and member satisfaction.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as, Handling enquiries/feedback promptly & demonstrating our commitment to an excellent member experience.
