Member Benefits Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our Member Benefits program strategy. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and driving the success of our program initiatives.

This role is being offered as a full time permanent opportunity based in West Perth, with flexible working options. What will you be doing? Support the execution of our

Member Benefits program strategy, including partner objectives, through various communication channels. Keep our member offers and content up-to-date across multiple platforms, including our intranet, website (Sitecore), and social media channels. Coordinate the production of promotional materials and manage schedules for effective campaign deployment.

Dive into data analysis using tools like Power Bi and Google Analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and provide valuable insights. Foster strong relationships with key suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure program success and member satisfaction. Perform general administrative tasks such as, Handling enquiries/feedback promptly & demonstrating our commitment to an excellent member experience.
