Job Description
Your new role
We're looking for people who have a real drive to make a difference-for our customers, for each other, and for CSC.
As a Member Education Consultant you will be responsible for delivering education, information services and concierge support to members of the Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation schemes. You will be working collaboratively within a diverse team who aims to provide information and general advice to help members develop the knowledge and skills to confidently manage their superannuation.
Your role will aim to make it easy for customers to be informed about their superannuation by delivering information to their place of work (including military bases), through educational/facilitated workshops, general advice information sessions and one-on-one consultations, webinars, online services, social media plus a range of support services for employers.
CSC supports a flexible approach to work. Travel is required.
Desired Skills and Experience
What you'll need to excel

• You must be an Australian Citizen and hold and maintain a baseline security clearance
• RG146 qualification or ability to obtain this
• Current drivers licence with no restrictions
• Defence Security Pass for base access (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to interpret legislation, rules and regulations
• Experience delivering presentations to large audiences both virtually and in person
• APS and Military technical scheme knowledge highly advantageous
