Reporting directly to the Member Relations Coordinator, the primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding quality customer service, in particular:
- Master the art of making members feel like VIPs. Your superpower? Turning a simple conversation into a memorable experience.
- Be the go-to person for gathering feedback and ideas from our members. Your creativity will help us skyrocket to new heights!
- Managing all aspects of the sales process; actively generating new business leads, handle day to day phone, digital and walk in enquiries, implementing all procedures and achieving sales targets.
- Having an extensive understanding of memberships, programs and other services provided by WLS facilities and easily articulate these to member prospects.
- Be able to navigate our online client portal and inform customers/ members.
- Market and promote all programs and services to the customers.
- Social media moderation
- Tour prospects around the centre(s), assess prospects needs, provide a price presentation, overcome objections and close the sale.
- Promoting the benefits of an active and healthy lifestyle to both prospective and current members
- Ensuring the integrity of the member database is maintained.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- A genuine passion for delivering and displaying outstanding customer service
- Previous experience with Perfect Gym software is desirable.
- Enthusiastic and committed to helping people improve the quality of their lives with fitness and good health habits
- Share our values of Safety, Innovation and Service
- A vibrant and confident personality with a positive and results orientated focus
- Well presented with highly developed communication and interpersonal skills both over the phone and in person
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible roster including shifts that fall on evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Clearance from a Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
