About the Role
As a Business Operations Manager, your role involves driving innovation, streamlining processes, and implementing scalable mechanisms to enhance efficiency and productivity across the ANZ Sales Development organization. The team focuses on increasing Pipeline Generation, Annual Contract Value (ACV) and organizational productivity through standardized and scalable efficiencies, achieved primarily through technology adoption, process optimization, enablement, and data utilization.
Your responsibilities include optimizing technology usage, both within Salesforce and external tools, to drive success in both Inbound and Outbound motions. You will proactively and reactively address challenges, identify problems, and present data-driven solutions professionally. Additionally, you will align with a specific Sales Development Leadership team to oversee day-to-day operations for their business unit. As a subject matter expert, you play a crucial role in the Business Operations.

Your Impact
- Work with internal business partners to create and maintain Salesforce objects and functions
- Assist in handling Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules on the Salesforce platform
- Run and oversee audits, compliance & open tickets to maintain access and up-time of our tools
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, and Productivity across internal and external tools
- Work with Sales Leaders to resolve org-wide needs & solutions
- Align with the Programs team to support SD rep-facing programs, tied directly to business needs, focusing on improving productivity
- Create and deliver weekly & monthly presentations focused on organizational performance and attainment
- Produce analyses surrounding the success of programs, sales support, and technology implementations to clearly articulate impact
About you
- Ability to anticipate internal customer needs or perspectives to solve problems and drive outcomes
- Strong presentation skills - clear, concise communicator with the ability to communicate to varied audiences in any medium (verbal, written, slides)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, strong attention to detail, ability to identify risks and can run several complex projects with multiple moving parts
- Ability to adapt on the fly to new demands and implement with a sense of urgency. Must be capable of embracing a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment. Additionally, the ability to demonstrate confidence in ambiguity is crucial
- Strong operational skills - problem-solving, ability to break down complex processes, analytical, project management, and execution skills
- Experience identifying, gathering, formulating and analysing diverse sets of data with the ability to communicate findings effectively to executive stakeholders
- Previous experience with prospecting tools & Tableau dashboards is preferred
