About the Role

In this role you will be the gateway to our organisation. Our passion for our members is what we are all about, so you will pride yourself on providing the right solution and the best member experience in each and every interaction. You will field either phone, email or web chat enquires about all things CPA Australia. This could be from students interested in our suite of education options, business professionals enquiring about memberships, or our suppliers or peers with wanting to understand more about policy. This a strong "member focused" opportunity where the focus is on providing a positive member experience and helping others with their queries. You will love variety, one minute you are on the phone talking about membership options, and the next you are answering emails about upcoming enrolments or exams.

Your Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Attending to inbound calls, face to face interactions and email enquiries which relate to all aspects of CPA Australia membership, services and products
  • Providing advice, information and solutions to members and non members
  • Take the time to understand members' needs and goals to develop personalized solutions
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to access correct information and the most appropriate member outcomes
  • Providing feedback to leaders to continual improve the products and services available
  • Making recommendations on continuous personal improvement & development based on leader feedback
  • Rotating roster patterns Monday to Friday 8.00am - 7pm (8pm in daylight savings)

About you

  • A second language would be advantageous, preferrably Cantonese and/or Mandarin
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Membership Support
  • Passion for delivering the best member experience
  • Empathetic by nature, you are solutions orientated and will take the time to understand our members questions or concerns.
  • A willingness and interest in interacting with different personalities
  • Someone who wants to be a part of a collaborative team
  • Basic software skills to take notes in our CRM system and make records
