So, what’s the role?
You will be the first point of contact for customer maintenance and service requests via branch and over the phone/email and will be responsible for the efficient completion of all telling duties and member maintenance enquiries.
Member Service Advisors are expected to deliver an outstanding customer experience and strive for first point resolution in all instances. The delivery of this outstanding experience will be mixed between phone, email and face-to-face, depending on member demand. The role will be based at the Moonee Ponds Branch but may be required to work or train in the Hawthorn East Branch every now and then.

The ideal Candidate will have the following:
- Branch banking background as a Teller and are seeking a career path in this field
- Strong work ethic & communication skills
- The ability to build strong relationships with customers
- A desire to learn and grow.
- This is a full time permanent role based at our Hawthorn East Branch
