Millennium Health Club is a premium health and fitness training facility on the Central Coast. We have a proven track record in providing our members with professional guidance, exceptional facilities, the latest innovations in training programs and first class service. We have been serving the local community for over 12 years and are a very well known and highly respected business in our area. We provide state of the art fitness facilities and services including a fully equipped weights training area, state of the art cardio training zone, functional fitness area and over 45 group fitness classes each week. To help guide our members we employ a team of dedicated fitness professionals including personal trainers, gym floor staff, group fitness instructors and a team of professional administration staff . We cater for families both young & old and provide a fully staffed creche. This is a great opportunity to work in a positive, happy team environment.
Qualifications & experience
- Reception, admin and sales experience viewed very favourably, although full training will be provided. A genuine belief in the benefits of health and fitness would be an definite advantage
- Strong people skills are a must.
- Great communication skills are required for this role. This includes: Great communications skills during face to face interactions, phone communications and within staff channels
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Tasks & responsibilities
- Your main aim is to provide the best possible experience every single time someone comes into contact with us. Exceptional customer service is our top priority.
- Tasks include providing a welcoming friendly & professional environment for members and guests. As a first contact staff member your role would be to welcome members, help answer any questions, take phone calls and ensure the daily administration of the club is performed to a very high standard
- You would also showcase our amenities and services during facility tours, highlighting benefits tailored to their specific needs and wants. Sales training is a bonus if you have it. We provide training to build and enhance your skills in this area.
- As the front of house team, you will be in an ideal position to keep members informed and engaged by communicating events, promotions, and updates enthusiastically.
- You would enhance both new and existing members fitness journeys by showing genuine interest in their progress. We can further help advance their fitness journey by recommending club-based services that will boost their results and amplify their positive experience.
