As a Sales and Service Consultant, you will engage with current and potential members from your local area showcasing the value and benefits of our products and services. What you need to know Location: RAC Member Service Centre - Mandurah
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm (37.5 hours per week) Pay: From $59,197 + super + incentives + discounts! Training: You’ll be set up for success with a fully paid, in-depth structured training program directly delivered virtually to you by our professional Learning and Development Advisors. What will you be doing: Manage member enquiries by engaging with them in person or via phone/email Provide support and accurate general advice or up to date information on products and services.
Building and maintaining relationships with members recommending products tailored to suit their individual needs What we are looking for: As a member-based organisation, alignment to our values is essential, in addition to: A seasoned customer service professional with sales experience, ideally in a busy, multi-tasking environment. Experience in working to & achieving KPI’s/ targets individually & as part of a team.
Ability to adapt & flex within a changing work environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen & relate well to others. Ability in demonstrating empathy and resilience in assisting members in difficult situations Strong computer literacy and ability to use many applications at once whilst having conversations Embrace and participate positively in change
