About the role and you
SEN is looking for a full time Membership and Ticketing Administrator. The role will primarily support the administration of the membership services and Ticketing programs of the Perth Wildcats as well as other teams within the SEN business. The primary focus will be providing the day-to-day sales and member service requirements for the Perth Wildcats, assisting with member promotions and event delivery, as well as providing member services at all Perth Wildcats home games for the 2024/25 NBL Season.
The main duties include:
- Providing exceptional customer service via all channels- face to face, email, phone and at all events and game days to club members and fans
- Achieve department revenue targets by assisting with sales strategies
- Assist with member communications, marketing and membership fulfilment program
- Assist with ticketing administration
- Organising and activating promotional activations and member events
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant experience in a customer service or administrative service role. Experience within a member-based organsation or exposure to ticketing platforms will be highly regarded
- Is action orientate and able to multi-task,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and is confident in dealing with customers, co-workers, and stakeholders
- A strong customer focus and experience in service delivery
- Enjoys sport and understands the level of commitment that comes with working at a sporting organization including weekends and out of business hours work
