Key responsibilities:
- New membership – manage and achieve every step of the sales process to grow the club member base
- Assist in all daily operations within your club
- Work closely with the Club Manager to achieve the clubs goals
- Assisting members with enquiries
- Promotion of the club within the local community
- Driving marketing and advertising campaigns
- Create a fun, friendly and focused club environment where staff love to work and members love to work out.
Successful candidate will need:

- Self-motivation: Willing to listen and learn to grow professionally and personally
- Be able to work autonomously
- Proactive: Offer opinions, feedback and new ideas in partnership with the management

Previous customer service experience in retail or similar sectors is desirable.
Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms is mandatory.
Working with children, first aid and police check are a requirement.
