About the role
The Workout is fast become Ipswich's biggest and best club! We pride ourselves in delivering exceptional customer service and facilities to our members. Our aim is to provide the best possible experience every single time someone comes into contact with us.
Our team is tight, we are selective, we look for someone who is outgoing, willing to learn and a people person. When you are part of our team, you will learn and grow within. You just need to have the right attitude - we will help with the rest.
The opportunity to join has arisen. We have decided to deliver more exceptional service to our members, as our gym is busy & thriving and growing. Our ideal candidate will be able to do 15-25 hours per week, during the hours of 8-8pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5pm Friday and 7-12pm on Saturday.

The Role
The role of a Membership consultant involves prospecting, touring, closing and getting referrals for future sales. They will actively seek new business for the club, representing the facility in a positive and professional manner.
Membership consultants' primary responsibility is to achieve individual and team goals and targets as set out with a membership and club manager. The successful applicant should possess excellent communication skills, a passional for health and fitness and enjoy helping people to start their goals.
