An exciting opportunity has come up at Anytime Fitness Kawana. We are looking for an Assistant Club Manager and a Membership Consultant
The successful applicant must be relevantly qualified, very dedicated, great with people and have exceptional time management/organisational skills, and is passionate about health and fitness. This role will commence straight away for the successful candidate.
About the Role:
You will be a crucial member of the team and will be accountable for ensuring positive member experience in the gym whilst building a positive environment alongside of developing the culture in the club.
The Assistant Club Manager duties will include the following:
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and positive club culture
- The ability to work 10am-7pm weekdays and Saturday's only if required due to casual staff illness/absence
- Focus on member growth and member retention of the club
- Obtaining a high level of club cleanliness
- Building rapport with staff, Personal Trainers and Members of the club
- Oversee maintenance needs of the club
- Training staff when required
- Social media scheduling and content creation for the club
- Administration duties
The Sales consultant duties will include the following:
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and positive club culture
- Building rapport with members of the club
- Oversee maintenance needs and cleanliness of the club
- Social media involvement
- Administration duties
- Assisting the Assistant Club Manager with any admin
The successful applicant MUST hold the following Qualifications/requirements prior to starting employment;
- Level 2 First Aid, CPR
- Minimum of Certificate III & IV in fitness (highly desirable but not necessary)
- Current Police Check
- Working With Children’s Check
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Proactive, organised and driven to achieving goals
- A keen interest in the fitness industry
