We have a BRAND NEW World Gym location coming to Bibra Lake! We are currently seeking experienced, highly motivated and ambitious sales superstars to join our team.

The role involves identifying prospective members’ health and fitness needs and tailoring the best possible membership solution for them. You will actively seek new business for the club, representing the facility in a positive and professional manner whilst achieving both individual and team goals/targets as set out by management.
You will be working with the Club General Manager during our pre-sales phase, generating leads, selling memberships over the phone and in person, and participating in community and business outreach.
We have clear career progression pathways, with an opportunity for the right person to progress to a 2IC position.
What you’ll be doing in this role
- Work as part of a team, responsible for the growth of the club
- Prospecting, touring, closing and obtaining referrals
- Generating leads and sales through sales processes
- Providing outstanding customer service to our members
- Dealing with membership enquires via phone, email and social media
- Creating brand awareness within the community
- Greeting and interacting with members and prospective members, building rapport and finding out their needs and wants
- Creating engaging social media content
What you need to be successful:
- Proven track record with exceeding sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills and phone manner
- A friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic disposition
- A passion for health and fitness
- An ability to work and collaborate successfully with a team to achieve team/individual KPI’s and goals
- Industry knowledge (essential)
- Be reliable, flexible and have fantastic work ethic
- Enjoy helping people to achieve their goals
- Experience in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
