The establishment of the St George Illawarra Dragons ahead of the 1999 season guaranteed that two of rugby league's greatest areas - where St George's history met with Illawarra's breeding ground - would be represented in the game's elite competition. As we move forward, the Dragons continue to celebrate the rich histroy and traditions set out by the founding clubs and ensure that the propagation of both the men's and, as an inaugural NRLW club, women's game remain at the forefront of the Dragons' DNA. The Dragons' headquarters are based over two main locations, comprising of a training facility at WIN Stadium in Wollongong and administration offices at the St George Leagues Club in Kogarah.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Customer Service
- Primary point of contact for prospect, new and renewing members via inbound telephone calls, emails and in-person enquiries
- Primary point of contact for outbound telephone calls and emails to follow up member issues, including seating request resolutions, incorrect purchases, missing member information and competition winner notification
- Processing membership renewals and new sales via Memberlink
- Manage part payments with Debitsuccess, including account troubleshooting, failed payment follow up and member payment complaint resolution
- Provide conflict resolution for membership complaints
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Data Input & Analysis
- Ensure all data and fan/member interactions are maintained to an exceptional level in Salesforce CRM
- Audit membership orders to identify incorrect purchases and incomplete member data capture
- Track Flexi package game usage and communicate with Flexi members when entitlements are exhausted
Game Day
- Ensure game day equipment is packed
- Assist with membership enquiries, sales and renewals
- Provide support where necessary with member game-day activations
Member Events
- Assist with event concept and planning
- Manage member RSVPs
- Ensure event equipment is packed
- Assist with member check-ins
