About the role
The South Australian Cricket Association (SACA) is looking for a casual Membership Service Officer to deliver world class Customer Service to SACA and Adelaide Strikers Members. Ensuring all member enquiries are handled in a manner that positively represents our premium membership offerings. Ensuring all responsibilities are carried out in an efficient, professional and conscientious manner and in accordance with SACA's standards and code of conduct.
The key responsibilities of the role are to:
§ Membership Customer Service
o Deliver world class Customer Service to SACA and Adelaide Strikers Members.
o Respond to all member enquiries in a manner that positively represents our premium membership offerings.
o Process SACA and Adelaide Strikers Membership renewals, event registrations, update member details, process payments, and any other administrative tasks in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy and service.
o Communicate with Members via phone, email, face to face for the purpose of outbound communication, sales calls, follow up calls, general queries, and any other reasonable requirement.
o Answer all inbound phone calls within a timely manner and provide exceptional Customer Service
o Assist the Membership team with the execution of both the SACA and Adelaide Strikers membership product/s with a high standard of presentation.
o Assist with the coordination of member experiences and events, as required.
§ Game Day
o Assist in the set-up and pack down of the SACA Members Area pre and post Cricket Australia international and domestic cricket match day
o Meet and greet the members seeking or gaining admission to the Stadium
o Represent SACA Member Services, maintaining a professional, friendly and solution focused match day office
o Respond to all comments/member feedback in a prompt and friendly manner
o Ensure that the members adhere to the SACA Members Dress Standards
o Providing solutions to Members who do not adhere to the SACA Members Dress Standards
About you
§ Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication
§ Ability to problem solve using effective oral communication
§ An ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with a wide range of people
§ Good organisational and time management skills
§ A dedicated and flexible approach
§ The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under direction and with limited supervision
§ Working with a wide range of people of varying ages
§ Have a positive attitude
§ A passion for providing outstanding Customer Service
§ Have a valid Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one
It would also be great if you have…
· Knowledge of or passion for elite sporting organisations.

The SACA is one of the nation's premier sporting bodies, with a vision for cricket to be Australia's favorite sport - a sport for all Australian's. Operating within the sports and entertainment industry, SACA offers an exciting and dynamic working environment, and is responsible for overseeing and developing cricket on a State level.
The SACA is responsible for coordinating international and domestic cricket matches, Premier cricket matches and community carnivals, coaching and development and pathway programs for girls and boys, coaching, umpiring, volunteer development and ground management. It also administers high performance cricket in South Australia, including the South Australia men's and women's teams and Adelaide Strikers women's and men's teams.
