Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Memberships Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving membership growth, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the property industry, exceptional customer service skills, and experience in membership management or a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
- Membership growth: Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and grow the membership base.
- Engagement: Create and manage initiatives to engage members, ensuring they are actively participating in events, forums and other activities.
- Retention: Develop and execute retention strategies to ensure high member satisfaction and renewals.
- Member support: Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Data management: Maintain accurate membership records, analyse membership data, and provide regular reports on membership metrics.
- Communication: Develop and distribute regular communications to members, including newsletters, event invitations, and updates on industry news.
- Events coordination: Collaborate with the events team to promote and manage member participation in events, webinars, and other activities.
- Editorial coordination: Collaborate with the editorial team to increase member engagement in editorial coverage and virtual content.
- Marketing collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that promote membership benefits and drive membership growth.
- Feedback collection: Gather and analyse feedback from members to continually improve the membership experience and offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in membership management, customer service or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the property and urban development industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful membership growth and retention strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and membership management software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills.
