Parramatta Leagues Club (PLC) is one of Australia’s most iconic Clubs in the Western Sydney region, strengthened by its sister club Vikings Sports Club (Dundas) and newly amalgamated Dural Country Club. This is an exciting time to join our Club as we embark on the execution of our strategic plan which includes a refresh of our Clubhouse, digital transformation, expansion of our facilities as well as exploring potential opportunities in our precinct.
The Role:
This exciting, newly created position will be responsible for driving growth, retention and engagement of Parra Leagues, Vikings Sports Club, & Dural Country Club Membership. Reporting into the General Manager of Responsible Gaming, Loyalty, and Membership, you will have the opportunity to create lasting positive impact on our members and be instrumental in the Club's ongoing growth and success.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Design and implement engagement strategies that increase member engagement, satisfaction, and retention across the Group of Clubs, including the creation of new offers promotions and events.
- Onboarding of new members and developing strong relationships with current and future members/customers
- Working collaboratively with relevant departments and key external stakeholders
- Working with the CEO’s office to Plan and oversee events for Life members.
- End-to-end management of the Membership process including in-venue and digital
- Maintaining the membership database, conducting regular reporting and data analysis, as well as ensuring all data is accurate and compliant.
- Proactively focusing on gaming harm minimisation and members welfare
- Proven results in growing a membership base and experience with loyalty programs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – must be confident to network with members of all backgrounds.
- Experience with a loyalty program and skilled in data analysis/ segmentation
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business administration or related discipline
- Aristocrat S7000 experience (desirable)
- RSA & RCG (or willing to obtain)
- Car and drivers’ licence (mobility is essential as this role will require travel between venues)
