Position Mission:
In line with the group's guides and the Channel Manager, develop channel and cluster strategies, seeking homogeneity between countries and logic in the differentiation between channels and clusters.
Main activities of the position:

  • Lead the implementation of the Trade Marketing strategy in sales brands.
  • Lead the implementation, coordination and monitoring of different programs and campaigns.
  • Develop business opportunities, dynamics, e-commerce and actions at points of sale.
  • Establish long-term links with internal and external clients, to detect needs and opportunities, providing tools and solutions.
  • Monitor and control the area's budget.
Main outcomes expected in the performance of this role:
  • Growth of channels in volume and value;
  • Market share in volume and value;
  • Trade Spend;
  • Gross Margin/Marketing Contribution;
  • MyPS IQ.
Who we are looking for:
  • We focus on a dynamic, proactive profile, with high analytical skills, negotiation skills, results orientation, commercial vision and excellent management of interpersonal relationships.
  • We are looking for professionals with degrees in Marketing, Commercialization, Social Communication, Public Relations, Economic Sciences or similar.
  • Have a minimum of three years' experience in similar positions in mass consumption companies, preferably in regional positions.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Advanced level of Office.
