About the role
As a Membership Services Assistant, you will be responsible for driving results, encouraging sales, nurturing leads and providing customer service support for a positive member experience. You will also assistant with front of house enquiries to provide an exceptional member experience. The successful applicant must have outstanding customer service and administrative skills, as well as a positive attitude to contribute to a strong team environment where the club and its members.

About you
- You are a Woman who has at least 6 months proven experience with face-to-face sales and working with individual sales targets.
- You display dynamic positive sales skills; and able to identify sales and marketing opportunities.
- You enjoy living a healthy and active lifestyle yourself.
- You have a hands-on, positive, can-do attitude and are a natural people person.
- You are genuine, empathetic, friendly and able to build strong relationships quickly.
- You are confident with driving enquiries within our local area through external promotional activities and converting those leads to meet targets.
- You are available to work up to 15hrs per week, including two evenings a week until 7:30pm
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 6-months proven experience with face-to-face sales.
- Dynamic and creative sales skills; able to identify sales and marketing opportunities.
- MUST have a current First Aid & CPR Certificate
