As well as working with relevant service systems to respond appropriately to their Mental Health and developmental needs.Providing high standard assessments, psychological, counselling and therapeutic interventionsOpportunities to run group programsLiaising and working with internal and external stakeholdersRequirements:Must have one of the following: General AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist OR Mental Health Nurse OR AASW registration as an Accredited Mental Health Social WorkerExtensive & demonstrated experience providing clinical services to young people (12-25 years)Well-developed judgment and evaluation skills demonstrating a working understanding assessment and care planningSound understanding of the public, non-government and private Mental Health systems and programs and associated non-Mental Health programs in a community settingDemonstrated interpersonal skills showing an ability and sensitivity to work with people who have or are at risk of developing a mental illnessProven ability to work creatively, collaboratively and effectively as a member of a teamDemonstrated skills in organisation and time-management, including the ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasksExcellent verbal communication and writing skillsMust be eligible to apply/currently hold a Blue CardMust hold/be willing to apply for NDIS worker screening clearance Vaccination against COVID-19 is a requirement for all positions and is in accordance with Stride policy.
