Matilda Nepean Private Hospital is looking for experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Counsellors to join our rapidly growing Mental Health Team.
- Permanent Part Time and casual oppurtunities
- Facilitating Group Based Therapy programs
Essential Criteria:
- Holds a Bachelor or diploma in Counselling.
- Has experience and demonstrated ability in building and maintaining professional and therapeutic relationships through the application of written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to apply advanced reasoning skills and independent professional judgement when dealing with situations of a novel, complex or critical nature
- Experience faciliating Group Based programs to Adult Mental Health clients
- Experience working in a private hospital (highly desirable)
- Experience with DBT (desirable)
