- Administer and maintain the information management systems, including CIMHA and proactively identify and resolve issues in a rapidly changing environment.
- Develop methods to investigate, analyse, interpret, and present health service data that enables critical evaluation of MSAMHS performance against key performance indicators, National Standards and Activity Based Funding models.
- Research, analyse, interpret, and assimilate complex information and data sets for the development of reports and communication materials, including webpage, publications, brochures, presentations, newsletters, and information flyers for electronic or print publication and coordinate the necessary approvals.
- Provide information system advice, CIMHA help desk support and high-level training in the use of CIMHA, and other applications as required, to MSAMHS workforce.
