THE POSITION:
Stream Healthcare is recruiting Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Psychologists and Occupational Therapists, for Regional WA! The positions are initially for a duration of 12 - 18 months, with the opportunity for extension.  As a Social Worker, Psychologist, Mental Health Nurse OR OT, you will be working closely within the community to support Mental Health presentations and referrals. We have multiple locations to choose from, all working closely within a multidisciplinary team, working with children and youth. This position attracts above average remuneration, and we are open to multiple levels of experience

SELECTION CRITERIA

• Fully qualified and AHPRA Registered Nurse
• Experience working in Mental Health or Community Nursing
• The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
