Build a therapeutic alliance with identified consumers and actively engage them in the planning, delivery and evaluation of their care. In collaboration with the treating team and consumers, support the development of enhanced care and treatment plans that complement existing plans and promote improved recovery and outcomes.In collaboration with the treating team utilise discipline-specific OT skills to deliver a range of evidence based assessment and interventions as required by consumers in line with SVMH policies and strategic direction. Deliver specialist programs to individuals or to groups.
Classifications for this position will range from Occupational Therapist Gr 2 VF6 – VF9 ($86,730 - $99,699 per annum).
