The Role:
McArthur partners with leading Community Mental Health providers to support their various residential programs. The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Providing direct support to individual clients through a range of practices in accordance with their individual recovery plan
- Facilitating group work programs that encourage clients to build their independent living skills
- Contributing to the day-to-day operations of the residential service
- Working overnight in either a sleepover or stand-up model to ensure the continuance of support outside of normal hours of service operation
The Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or similar (essential)
- Minimum 6 months paid sector experience (essential)
- Current clear Police Check completed within the last 12 months (essential)
- Victorian NDIS Worker Screening Check (essential)
- Victorian Employee Working With Children Check (essential)
- Victorian Drivers Licence (essential)
