Form of work About the RoleAs a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse, with demonstrated experience in the Mental Health setting, you will join our team to support a national, virtual, public health information service.These are fantastic opportunities to work from anywhere across Australia, even from the comfort of your own home!You will provide clinical advice and triage for Mental Health in conjunction with seamless customer service to our client’s customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, follow up calls and SMS’. The role also involves review of referrals-in and development of referrals-out. These activities adhere to a strict scope of practice defined by our client and your level of professional qualification.You will document all interactions in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines and work instructions.
