Cornetts Supermarkets is a growing supermarket chain, currently operating 36 retail stores all across Queensland. Cornetts Supermarkets supports the local communities where store operate, and encourages its employees to participate in the community as well. Our support office is located in North Lakes, where this role will be located.
The Position:
Cornetts Supermarkets is currently seeking a Merchandising Administrator to join their Support Office Team. This position could suit an entry level applicant, or someone with administration experience, and is focused on data entry.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Processing and cross referencing information
- Running reports
- Responding to supplier or store queries
- Updating pricing files
- Invoice, reconcile and maintain supplier accounts
- Load and maintain data
- Formulating spreadsheets
- General administration tasks
Additional to this, the successful applicant will directly support the Merchandising Team and report to the Merchandise Administrating Manager. This position is on a full time basis, the successful applicant will work Monday – Friday. There is some flexibility to work from home.
The successful candidate will require the following skills:
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Intermediate to advanced level of MS Excel skills, or ability to learn these systems
- Competent level Computer skills
- Understanding of enterprise systems, eg: NAV, SAP, Oracle is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Positive attitude, friendly and courteous.
