What you’ll do
- Lead the digital transformation of retail in Brisbane's Pubs, Clubs, and TAB Agencies by driving digital and product innovation
- Drive the TAB Product within venue promotions and targeted sales programs
- Work with venues to grow the TAB App and other products by training staff and utilising marketing tools. Keep venues running smoothly to ensure retail operational excellence
- Effectively manage venue partners through a regular call cycle and ongoing communications
- Present performance insights, focusing on digital acquisition, active customers and turnover
What you'll bring
- A positive attitude, with a passion for delivering superior customer experiences
- A creative mind set to bring the game to life in venue for customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong data and reporting skill set with exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organised with an ability to prioritise multiple tasks and influence outcomes
- Self-starter with initiative and a willing to learn attitude
