Merchandise Coordinator

Woods & Co have partnered with Australia's largest specialty homewares retailer with over 260 stores nationally. The stores are the only destination for all cooking, baking, entertaining, homewares and gift giving essentials.

This is an exciting new role, reporting to the Senior Category Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing communications from Store to Head Office, working with promotional material and liaising with other departments to ensure streamlined processes. This role will be responsible for managing and inputting all pricing catalogues for retail stores and online (ecommerce), whilst ensuring correct promotions are being reflected.

What do you do:

• Coordinate and provide all communications from Head Office to Store teams
• Collaborating with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure all correct ticketing is loaded into the system
• Coordinate product launches and promotions in collaboration with the marketing team to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
• Build a solid understanding of the products and assist the Visual Merchandising team with formatting the VM guide
• Maintain accurate product information and pricing across all sales channels, including online platforms and in-store displays

What do you need:

• Experience working in a customer facing retail environment with proven exposure to visual merchandising and customer service
• Advanced excel skills are crucial for this position 
• Ability to multitask and adapt with changing priorities
• Capable working under pressure and in a fast moving environment 
• Critical thinker and analytically minded
• A passion for retail
