About the role
As a Merchandise Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to be hands-on with our customer base, ensuring that you work towards our budget through specialised sales, training, planning, customer services, and merchandising leadership, including:
- Working towards sales targets
- Coordinating the day to day merchandising tasks, planners, set up guides and new product initiatives
- Providing excellent customer service and effectively handling customer complaints and queries
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholder
About you
- An individual who loves working in a casual fun atmosphere!
- You will thrive in a retail environment and draw upon your knowledge of Merchandise (events, promotional activities, etc) or Operations (stock flow, inbound and outbound goods, etc)
- Positive can-do attitude
- Result-driven with a strong focus on delivering the best customer outcomes
- Strong multi-tasking skills, coupled with your keen eye for detail
