Are you passionate about beauty? 

We are seeking experienced, proactive, and passionate Field Merchandisers to service our leading retail, grocery, and pharmacy customers. 

You will be responsible for driving growth in your territory through instore visual merchandising, activation of marketing and promotional strategies, planogram implementation and campaign execution. 

You will be accountable for ensuring your allocated area is well serviced on a regular cycle with the continued grow in sales and support your number one priority. 

You will be part of a national field team, supported by the National Field Manager and our dynamic sales and retail team. 

We are currently recruiting nationally across various regions with full suburb listings to be made available during the interview process.

Skills & Experience: 

• A passion for retail merchandising and sales. 
• Knowledge of current trends within the makeup, hair and beauty space 
• A strong attention to detail. 
• Results-oriented with excellent time-management skills. 
• Ability to work autonomously and within deadlines.
• Solid communication skills to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, management, and staff. 
• CRM knowledge and understanding
• Planogram execution and activation

Territory Responsibilities: 

• Territory coverage, planning and reporting via available CRM software. 
• Support of your customers with brand and product training. 
• Ensuring adequate stock levels and share of retail space. 
• Assess and report on competitive activity. 
• Execution of brand and promotional initiatives at store level Locating, negotiating, and displaying eye-catching product displays 
• Stock counts and adjustments. 
• Ensuring healthy stock levels and promotions are displayed correctly and on time. 
•  Implementing planogram relays efficiently and to expectation in line with business timelines 

Essential Criteria for Candidate:

• Previous experience in FMCG Merchandising including Grocery, Discount Department Stores, Department Stores and Pharmacy. 
• Reliable motor vehicle and comprehensive motor vehicle insurance 
•  Hold a current driver's licence.
•  Must be physically fit to safely carry out duties, including but not limited to Planograms, Stand Activations and off location displays. 
•  Be self-motivated, efficient and a quick learner.
• Be a people person willing to build relationships with all levels of retail personal.
• Detail-orientated.
• Flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced highly demanding work environment. 
•  Have merchandising experience. 
• Must have own phone.
• Must have regular access to computer and printer.
• Flexibility to increase hours when Planogram activity is required.
• Be able to adapt quickly to re-prioritise tasks.
