Based in Launceston our client has have an opportunity for multiple Customer Support Specialists to join an inclusive and diverse team supporting our merchant customers. Your role in the Merchant Services Banker team will be to deliver exceptional customer service; this team supports customers Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and candidates must be available to work on a rotating roster between these hours.
Position Accountabilities:
This is an inbound phone-based Customer Service position assisting our merchant customers.
You will:
- Be responsible and actively participate in building a proud culture that is passionate and high performing in delivering improvements that exceed customer needs, financial targets and balanced with meeting compliance requirements.
- Drive the achievement of agreed customer advocacy, digital penetration, and profitability targets for Business Banking
- Work with the Merchant and Business Operations leadership team to ensure that as a team the service delivery is deployed to meet the evolving needs of our customers via the identified digital and direct methods.
- Lead our customer service revolution through innovation, productivity, and efficiency to drive a customer focused culture to improve the customer experience.
- Proven success in a customer service and/or call centre role
- High levels of empathy and resilience
- Strong technical aptitude
- Ability to work various shifts 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday
