An exciting opportunity currently exists for a Meter Reads Administrator to join our Gold Coast team to provide support to our Meter Reads Team and Service Coordinator.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Generate meter list reports from Imported data
- Phone/email customers to obtain Meter Readings
- Recording Meter Readings, entering data and generating invoices
- Issuing Invoices by mail and email
- Undertaking Meter Reading reconciliation/ credit requisition
- Responding helpfully to customers with Meter Reading enquiries
- Answering Service enquiries on a phone overflow basis
Required Attributes:
- Competent computer skills and ability to rapidly learn software
- High attention to detail and a proactive hands-on approach
- A great work ethic and positive work attitude
- A great ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Very strong communication skills
- Fast, accurate typing and data entry
- Intermediate MS Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Preferred Attributes:
- Cert III or higher in Business Administration.
