About the role
- The Metro North Sexual Health Service (SHHS) Service Lead is a key leadership role within SHHS and directly contributes to the services leadership and accountability in the delivery of safe, quality care within available resources.
- In association with the broader SHHS leadership team and the IMS executive, provide strategic operational leadership and management ensuring that a safe, cost-effective focus underpins decision making and continuous improvement in clinical practice across the service.
- Support operational leadership and decision making in the development and implementation of change management strategies within SHHS
