Services Australia is seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer who will be responsible for configuring and implementing the M365 stack to the Department of Veterans' Affairs. The engineer will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the Agency's critical Azure and M365 environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.

- Manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of the DVA Azure and M365 environments.
- Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management in M365.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
- Implement and maintain security best practices for both Azure and M365.
- Provide technical support to users.
- Document configurations and procedures for future reference.
- Minimum 3 + year's experience and knowledge in delivering Cyber Security and assurance projects, including managing project scope, schedule, budget constraints and providing support to clear issues blocking delivery.
- Strong understanding of security concepts and how to implement them across server and end user environments.
- Strong scripting and infrastructure automation background is highly desirable.
- Working knowledge and experience with the entire 365-product suite.
- Ability to take ownership of a problem and follow it through until completion.
- Highly developed communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicting priorities with key business stake holders.
