We are actively seeking an experienced EL1 Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our clients collaborative team as a key contributor to Cyber Uplift Projects. This role involves configuring and implementing the M365 stack, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience across Azure and M365 environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of the Azure and M365 environments.
• Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management in M365.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Implement and maintain security best practices for both Azure and M365.
• Provide technical support to users.
• Document configurations and procedures for future reference.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience or significant experience implementing the Microsoft 365 product suite in a similar digital transformation setting.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience and knowledge in delivering Cyber Security and assurance projects, including project scope management and issue resolution.
• Strong understanding of security concepts and their implementation across server and end-user environments.
• Strong scripting and infrastructure automation background is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge and experience with the entire Microsoft 365 product suite.
Desirable Criteria:
• Experience collaborating with Microsoft support or other vendors for escalations and assistance with critical problems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in skilled multi-disciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with relevant teams or roles and using relevant tools or processes.
